Sclerotherapy for Spider veins
While other groups offer laser treatments for spider veins, the professionals at Vegas Vein & Cosmetic Center offer sclerotherapy – the gold standard for removing the small spider-like veins that are located just under the surface of your skin.

Sclerotherapy is relatively painless and is performed in a traditional office visit. Patients experience little to no downtime and report excellent results.

Ambulatory Phlebectomy
Another in-office procedure that offers excellent results with little pain and hardly any down-time is ambulatory, or micro phlebectomy. Phlebecomy procedures are needed when varicose veins are close to the surface and can not be treated with traditional laser ablation, due to twisting and curving vein anatomy.

Topical Skin Treatment
Topical skin treatment lotions are available from our office that are designed to specifically reduce the amount of bronzing patients may experience on their skin before varicose vein treatment. A “bronzing effect” often occurs on legs that have not been treated for varicose vein disease.

Once the varicose vein source of reflux has been eliminated, these ointments help reduce the amount of pre-treatment bronzing.
